I hurt my back (I dont know how, it just started spasming n now hurts a lot). So I’m taking a few days off but…I HATE doing that. I mean I know my body needs to rest but I really dislike days when I don’t get to workout. And there really isn’t much I can do to just do SOMETHING cuz it’s my back, and I need my core to stabilize for really everything.
